When not conjuring up delicious delights at the Kashütte, you will find him either in his garden tending to his extensive collection of herbs and spices,
or somewhere on the world’s oceans, finding inspiration whilst sailing and fishing.
Everything is freshly cooked to order. Ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible from certified organic agricultural establishments.
Our strong partners in the organic sector: BIO VOM BERG. By using this selection of high-quality and regional organic products, we hope to support the work of small Tyrolean mountain farmers and contribute towards the preservation of our unparalleled alpine cultural landscape. And serve you the genuine flavour of our homeland!
Georg Obersteiner brings his barista skills to the Hirschbichl and conjures up the finest coffee specialities for your well-earned coffee breaks.
